Frank scibilia is a fraud! He was my son's law guardian for my son I was 19 yrs old. And currently tried to do the same thing! well I'm not staying silent because u try to be .. I will be reporting him. I will make sure they take his aability to practice law forbid yrs ...

I was arrested in 2012. Mr. Scibilia was my attorney. He not only ignored my numerous pleas for competent representation, but literally left me in the county jail for over 8 months without even securing me a single court date throughout those 8 months. His conduct as my counsel was not only incompetent at every level, but in my opinion bordered on criminal. Mr. Scibilia worked hand in hand with assistant District Attorney Beth Van Doren to ensure that I stay incarcerated indefenitely. The DA... and Mr. Scibilia worked in concert to keep me incarcerated once they learned of my intentions to go to trial on my charge. Once they knew of my intentions, to go to trial... a trial Ms. Van Doren could not possibly win.... the strategy became to ignore my mail requests for a legal discussion of my case, my familys pleas by phone and to his office in person, and numerous phone calls made inquiring into his total lack of representation. Mr. Scibilia is a coward in EVERY sense of the word. I am currently seeking a civil remedy from Mr. Scibilia. It has also been brought to my attention ... that Mr. Scibilia has conducted himself thisway with multiple clients he also represented as ASSIGNED COUNSEL. MY ADVICE TO YOU IS : IF YOU YOURSELF, OR A LOVED ONE NEED LEGAL REPRESENTATION FOR ANY REASON ...STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUM!! IF HE TREATS YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE THE WAY HE TREATED ME... YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. FRANK SCIBILIA IS A JOKE... I WIULDNT LET HIM EVEN HANDLE A TRAFFIC TICKEG FOR ME. HE IS A SELL OUT THAT WORKS WITH THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE RATHER THAN TRY CONSTRUCT A DECENT LEGAL DEFENSE OF HIS CLIENTS. I CAN'T SAY THIS LOUD ENOUGH... DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN...IF YOU WANT TO CALL HIM THAT. HE IS A COWARD, AND HE SOLD ME OUT. HE BELONGS JAIL HIMSELF FOR SCREWING HIS CLIENTS. TYPICAL OF THE SYRACUSE LEGAL SYSTEM. YOU'RE BETTER OFF BEING WEALTHY AND GUILTY IN SYRACUSE. THAN TO BE INNOCENT AND CASH STRAPPED. MR. SCIBILIA IS A PUPPET. CUT HIS STRINGS.
