I appreciate your assistance in answering the question about my printer and helping me set up the printer. I appreciate that things got busy for you at the end. Just so you know, the computer works great and so does the printer. It is much faster, and works better. I never realized quite how slow it had become - I only realized it was a problem. There is a sense in which I feel the whole computer is new, even though I know it is not. Hopefully, I won't be back for a while but I would not hesitate to return. The first guy gave me the sense that he knew what he was doing and I think did most of the work. He told me I would be pleased with what he did, and I was.
