I dropped a deck screw in my outdoor AC unit and apparently punctured the coil at my vacation cottage. Having quite a few guest coming over for the upcoming Holiday weekend I was freaking out. I called Ritter and explained my situation. This was quite a hectic day for them as their supplier had dropped the ball on a commercial project they had and as a result the were backed up well into the evening with work. When it was determined that the technician could not make it that evening the owner actually came out to check out my AC. The punctured coil could not normally be repaired but with his expertise he was able to braze the coil and get me back up and running. The bill was quite reasonable and he actually knocked money off of it as he gave me a ball park estimate on the phone and the work took longer than expected. Great service and saved me a bundle over a new AC unit. I highly recommend Ritter to anyone in the area.
