People are quick to complain so I have made it a point to find the positive in all situations and to take the time to thank the people who have shown me kindness. Today I would like to praise Dr. Richard Brungardt and his staff @ Lakeland Animal Clinic. The compassion they have shown me and my pets is truly amazing. In these tough times they have allowed payments on services rendered proving to me that they really do put the animals first. In closing, if you are looking for a reasonably priced, skilled, and compassionate vet-look no further and give Dr. B a call. It's worth the drive.

Is it really all about looks from the outside? In my opinion it's more about how my pet is taken care of and if i'm fully satisified. I have been taking my dogs here for 9 years and you probably won't find a more compassionate veternarian or employees. As the sign reads "love is the best medicine" and that is so true. This veternarian has taken time out to answer many of my questions and makes sure I completely understand everything that is going on with my pets and has also taken time after hours to come back in to see my pets when they were sick. This place also has very reasonable prices.

I've used this veterinarian for about three years and have been very satisfied with his/thier care of my three dogs. I liked the way he was firm with the animals when needs be, but still gentle. I liked that he didn't chastise me when things were not going right, but gave me suggestions about how to fix it.

This place looks like a dump...
