As a new member I'm really impressed with the friendly staff, cleanliness, low cost and modern work-out equipement. Its a large open two level space with high ceilings and lots of air circulation. The free weight area is well equiped, but a little tight. The abundance of weight machines makes up for it. My wife loves the cardio room. When classes are not going you can select a workout program/video. The life size instructor is projected on a wall and you follow along. But the best part of this gym is that it attracts a nice crowd of 16 to 60 year old ladies and gentleman - beginers and experienced. There are no muscle heads yelling and dropping weights - nor do you find anyone inappropriately dressed.
