Given Paul Mitchell himself is a very well groomed man some students at the Toledo salon are not. Wearing those tacky stretch pants (seeing underwear, cellulite), open sandal making them look sloppy is beyond professional. It's a shame they don't take pride in themselves and dress code rules enforced. Some were preoccupied on their cell phone when I arrived. Had to make myself known. My stylist was well groomed, professional, polite, talkative and a perfectionist. She paid attention to detail and my needs. If I could write to Mr Paul Mitchell himself I would. All PM students are his reflection and representation. Just saying.

It was a great experience for me love my hair cut and the school business was nice people and a wonderful school.thank you
