These apartment are horrible. 90% of the time the washers and dryers are broken. The pool is filthy. They don't keep up with maintenance or cleaning. You can never find somewhere to park. There lots are full of people who don't live there parking and the tenants have to walk for parking. People are pushed bein load all day an night. And to top it off my ac unit broke and was running constantly with out my knowledge and with no way to shut if off. So when we found the problem I asked if the would credit me for the electric bill. Or part of it. Which they wouldn't and were very rude (as they always are) and forced me to take care of a 487$ electric bill. In a 700 square foot apartment. Horrible place to live.

this place has gone downhill in the past year. There have been a string of robberies and break ins and the managment will not install additonal lighting, dead bolt locks, or locks on the entry way doors because they are too cheap. They also do a poor job of maintaining the property. For example many of the buildings have not been painted in years. On some building the exterior trim is rotting away.
