I took my dog here for a bath. I was told when the dog would be done. When I arrived, he hadn't even been bathed yet, and she had been there for over 3 hours! A courtesy call would have been appreciated.



I asked for the hair on the bottom of my dog's paws be shaved off, the groomer told me she didn't know how to do it.



I asked for no perfume, as I am sensitive to it. My dog was picked up with perfume.



The groomers at this shop cannot follow client instructions. I won't be going back.

I started going to A Paws-itive 9 months ago. I have a young, small dog that was severely burned by a previous groomer. The staff a A Paws-itive has made him trust again, and the place where his fur and skin was so severely damaged now has hair growing back! He loves to go and play with the other dogs until it is time for his grooming. I cannot get over how well all the dogs get along! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

There is no love for animals in this place. The place it dirty, smells and uncontrolled. They didn't complete the grooming that was requested and still charged full price. I paid it just so I could get my scared to death pet out of there and to be able to stop holding my breath.
