I found their customer service to be lacking. Also, they do not have the typical bill-paying services to be found even in family-owned businesses these days, such as autopay and online billing. For about the same price, you can get that, plus someone who will answer the phone past 2:00 pm, plus unlimited household trash pick up with their competitors.

I found their newsletter to be very helpful and informative.
