Dear js46925, First of all I would like to sincerly aplogize for your experince at my restaurant. I have two children of my own, and I know how frustrating and disappointing it is when they will not eat their meal when eating out. It is our goal that our customers do not leave unhappy, hungry or unsatisfied. This comes from my own personal experiences as a customer in other restaurants. I always say that our customer’s satisfaction is our guarantee and I mean that. I also say, when you are dining here, if you are not happy with your first choice I am more than happy to give you a second dish without additional cost. If you still do not like that, we will continue bringing you dishes of your choice until you find something you like or you get full, whatever comes first. But, I don’t want my customers to leave hungry or unsatisfied. I do hope you give me another opportunity to serve you and leave with the same impression as your friends have.
