Management is poor. Customer service doesn't exist here. I've been here for over 20 mins and my car has not even entered the wash bay. Interior vacuuming was completed and then car hops were letting all exterior was only cars go first. Man with no personality behind the counter could not have cared less when I complained. Everythin I come here there is a problem with service and product

An okay job cleaning the car but many missed area's on the inside of the windows. Did they hire they girl at the counter from walmart? RUDE! When I went to to counter to pay, she was sitting in the office on the computer, Im guess doing nothing related to her job. She acted like I was putting her out to come wait on me and when the transaction was finished, she states "there you go" as she hands me a receipt. "There you go" ? since when is that the way you show appreciation for a customer? This is a service business, seem to me they should provide some.

If you want more detail about the problem there is a review at there site. But a 3 hour detail job took 6 hours and they sell expired muffins to there customers and the owner doesn't care since its seperate company that sells them in his building to his customers.
