Friendly Staff

I brought my truck in for an oil change and had a small wait time. The waiting area was comfortable and I was told there was fresh coffee by the cashier when I walked in, which I happily made a cup. It was also great having my car washed after the service. Their staff is the biggest reason why I return for services, they are always professional and friendly.

Surprisingly Good

I took my Jeep into their service center because I found coolant on the floor of my garage and wanted to know what was wrong. Curtis took care of me from start to finish, and he was always curteous and made sure I was always up to speed. They called me as soon as they found the problem, quoted me a great price and did the work. I haven't seen any spots on the garage floor since, and I know I'd be happy to go see Curtis again if I had any other problems. They even washed my car afterwards. Overall, great experience.

Great Sales Experience

I went into Brian Bemis World Auto to look for a new car, this was one of 3 dealers I was looking at... and their sales & managerial staff were GREAT to deal with! They have given me the lowest price of the 3 dealers and treated me very kindly... I couldnt have asked for a better experience

Good Service

This was my first time coming into Brian Bemis World Auto, I recently moved to Sycamore and have heard of Brian Bemis before, so I decided to go there and have my vehicles 30K mile maintenance done. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, they treated me with so much kindness and respect, I couldnt ask for more! The dealership was a friendly environment and clean! And I did not have any problems with my vehicle when I left. I definitely will be back!

Brian Bemis Honda has the best sales staff I've ever worked with. My company is constantly buying new cars so I have worked with several dealerships in the Chicagoland area. I will never go anywhere again. This Honda dealership has several models to choose from and always have great specials- I look forward to buying another car from here.

Great Service Advisor!

I have been getting my van serviced at this dealership by Curtis R. for many years. His guys are great and go out of their way to make the service experience easy. I use the shuttle every time I go in for service. I also get every 5th oil change free with their punch card- this is an amazing deal due to the fact that I have 3 vehicles in my garage- with my daughter driving now! Eeek! Watch out drivers ;) All around great service! They get the job done right, quick and good priced!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!

I've bought a used car from this dealer in 2007. Dodge Durango. Since I do not know much about cars (just like 90% of the consumers), I have to depend on what dealers are saying and trust them. The vehicle looked clean and smooth enough at the time except one of the tire was little flat. I asked them about it and they filled with air and told it's good to go. Next day, I noticed that tire was little flat again. Obviously something is wrong. Went to the dealer to check it out. They told me it's because of the weather!! OK... trusted them and came back. Next day, tire was more flat. Went to the dealer and asked them to check the breaks AND the tire. Now, they charged me $75 to check breaks and tire. And guess what? They found a hole! they filled it with some rubber and charged me $25 again! If they told me about this in first place, I would never bought it in first place. Next week, breaks start making noise. Went to the dealer. They told me I need new break pads! Two weeks from buying this car, and the breaks are bad already? they told me I break too hard... What about last week, when I came in and asked them to check it? They said they don't have that on record so they don't know!!!! After changing the pads, the car doesn't break well and very wabbly. HOWEVER, I learned my lesson. I'm not going back. I'd rather go to private shop. IF YOU DO NOT CARE FOR QUALITY SERVICE OR YOU MONEY, GO TO THIS DEALER AND WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND STRESS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO BE BURNED!!!!!

Never use this dealer

If you value your money and time and piece of mind, do not use any of Brian Bemis. Their sales team are scammers and their service department is from hell. Read my other ratings about this dealer. I was burned and I found many other consumers who think the same!!
