Yes do you have anything you rent out? I am looking for a two bedroom to rent somewhere in the monroe co area. And the five stars is for the way you handled that awful review, very professional!

I really wish I knew, and I would respond directly back to you. For starters, I am very sorry you are having problems with your new pre-owned home. We at Burnette's take very seriously, and personally, customer satisfaction. We do not deliver and or set up mobile homes. We contract that out. However, if I knew who this was, and the home purchased I could get a hold of the movers and you to rectify the problem. As far as the phone calls not being answered my direct line is (865)207-8825. I would not recommend burnett's to move and set up your mobile home. I had them move and setup my mobile home,and was lied to everytime they answered the phone(that's if they would answer your call). They did not put up any of the paneling inside my double wide or,hook up both sides of the double wide for water and power,(two seperate issues and phone calls.)it has been nearly 3 months since I heard atleast 5 times that they would be back to fix all problems. I spent a lot of money with burnette's to have my he moved and set up and for me just to spend more money for someone else to finish up what they were supposed to do at my cost.
