Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. It was such a disappointment, that I am giving my first online review ever.



I came in for a haircut. My hair was down to my waist. I left pretty happy, because both Eric and Scott spent extra time pampering me. My makeup was done and my hair was styled. When they revealed the results after an hour+ of work, I did not see the mistakes that had been made. The way in which my hair was styled concealed them.



When I got home, I began playing with my hair. It was now to my mid back, which was more hair than I intended to lose, but no biggie. The big deal was that the left side of my hair was butchered. Its layers were gapped and was two inches shorter than my right side. I am not exaggerating. I used a ruler to measure the difference. If I could post a picture I would.



I went to another salon and when I took may hair down, every person in the place gasped in horror. The hairstylist and I were baffled as to why I was charged or they had not corrected the problem. There was no way the mistake could have been missed.



If they did miss the mistake, then I feel that speaks volumes about their "artistry." If they did realize the mistake and tried to hide it, that speaks volumes about their character.
