This company gets passed around like a hot potato. They were sold to Clayton, Dubilier, and Rice by the First Reserve Corporation. When you're owned by an investment firm, it usually means you're a joke. It means you have bad leadership and a lot of debt. Real companies stand on their own. They don't get passed around by investment firms. The executives are GE castoffs. There's ridiculous nepotism. The GE castoffs have got to go. They've even had run ins with the Department of Justice and EEOC. You can complain to them too. No one in the company likes them. Everyone knows who that is. They hide behind ridiculous titles like "development."
