I had high hopes when I asked Dr. Spiegel to help me. Boy was I disappointed. And I'm out $300. For the price, you get one home visit and one phone call. He came, stayed about an hour and wrote out suggestions to help my cat. I tried them for two weeks but nothing happened. On our 'free' phone call, he suggested now putting my cat on an anti-anxiety med with not so great side effects. He became defensive when i asked about non-medication alternative treatments. When it was obvious I was clearly not happy about using the meds, he grudgingly gave a few other behavioral actions I could try . Our next call -- if I were going to call -- will be billed at $2 a minute, after the first 5 minutes. I've wasted enough money.
