I attempted to surprise my sweetheart for Father's day weekend June 2016, by having our pool opened the Thursday before, I called Leisure pool, they stated either they didn't do pool openings or didn't have the time and referred me to Greenscape. WHAT A JOKE!!!! The owner, Nacho was suppose to send someone out Thursday @ 2:00, ONLY after I called @4:00 was I informed noone would be coming at all, and would show Friday @ 2:00. Well Friday two Mexican guys, Antonio and Antwan showed @3:15 to "open " our pool. Needless to say the surprise was blown!! They took the winter cover off and did NO testing of the water, poured something into the pool, DIDN'T say what it was, said fill up the pool to the skimmer, turn on the pool pump and everything will be ready. It's been a month, we can't even see the bottom of the pool, I paid these people $ 250.00 cash, I have called over & over, the owner won't come out after saying he would, won't send anyone out to fix the issues, I am LIVID! TERRIBLE

We just bought a pool this year, so we didn't have a clue how to maintain it. My neighbors told me about this place, I'm so happy I listened to him. I took in a some water from our pool, and she ran it through a machine and told me everything I needed to get it sparkling in no time. Even gave me a print out with detailed instructions and invited me back for her free class on how to close a pool for a season. I was blown away! Customer service is awesome. I'm not exaggerating, this lady is gold.

We've gone to leisure time for the last 5 years and never had any problems. Kathy is so knowledgeable and very friendly . They almost always have everything we need in stock. We get all our pool supplies here as we'll as fun decor items for our outdoor space! They also have a customer rewards program Highly recommend

I purchased a Playnation swingset from them for my grandsons. They told me it took 8 hours to install. It took them two days put it up, this was a surprise for the boys so we had to keep them out of the back yard and away from the back door. I explained to them when I bought it that it was a surprise. I asked them to knock on the front door when they arrived in the morning to install it because they have dogs and I wanted to make sure they were in the house. They let themselves in and when they left for the day they left the gate open. After a couple of weeks the main part of the swingset got a split in it and my daughter called them and they said they were going to send someone out to look at it so they would know what to order. A month later she went into the store and they have never been out there, so she was smart enough to take a photo of it with her. They said they would get the part on order and replace it. In Sept. I stopped in to see how long it takes to get the part in and once again they dropped the ball. No part was ever ordered, so three weeks later (today in fact) I stopped back in again and still no part. I have now contacted the Play Nation folks to find out about there dealer and why nothing has been done about this. Will keep you updated on Play Nation.
