Once again Tropical Carpet Care came to our rescue. Nothing like coming home from grocery shopping Saturday morning to find the master bath and bedroom flooded. It was a late night all my god what are we going to do type disaster. Of course it was a holiday, it was a weekend and it was late at night, so three negatives to start. We had a bathroom sink run for 8 to 10 hours. We were leaving town for the day and the kids left water running. Needless to say it flooded about 4 or 5 rooms of carpet. Even though it pained me to call on a late weekend holiday night they were out there and had my mess cleaned up and my carpet spotless in no time. They saved our Holiday for sure!!!

These guys are great! They were on time, very professional and did a terrific job! My carpets have never looked better! I have dogs and they even got the stubborn dog smell out using a machine that "kills" the smell! Their prices are so reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend !!!

Tropical Carpet guys are very professional and their work is beyond excellent! If you have a pet stain, koolaid stain, etc. in your carpet they have got you covered! Would highly recommend this company if you are looking to get the job done right the first time with guanteed satisfaction! Great company for private dwellings as well as large businesses!

Tropical carpet care cleaned my white rug after my husband decided to dump his plate of spaghetti on it. I was ready to just throw the rug out. I didn't think getting red spaghetti sauce out of a white rug would be possible but they did it. Awesome people, awesome service.

I just had my carpets cleaned for a move out inspection by Tropical. I was worried that the stains that were on the carpet weren't coming out. The owner of Tropical came out and cleaned it himself. He was very professional and friendly. Well everything came out even stains that were there when we moved in came out. I passed my inspection so all went great. If i were staying in the area I would call them again.

I called them and they showed up ON TIME!!!! They did a AWESOME job!!! They were very friendly and i felt like they cared about the service the were giving me.
