Unsurpassed honest service. Told me it was only a pressure switch vs. the new pump I was told I'd need. They actually have an office and receptionist vs. answering machine and portable cell phone office. The receptionist was very friendly and took time to answer my questions. The technician was actually pleased to locate my problem and was actually happy to tell me I didn't need a new well after all. The receptionist was equally pleased when I told her. Glenn then performed a well inspection and gave me valuable information about the maintenance of my well. I woud never use or recommend any other company to service my well.

I feel so blessed. After my plumber tested the pressure switch he told me he had bad news. It looked like I needed a pump since there was electricity going to and from the well. I talked to a few well companies and priced a new well. They ranged in price over a thousand dollars. I was convinced I needed a new pump since my plumber gave me his diagnosis of the pressure switch conducting electricity as appropriate. ANYONE could have told me I needed a new pump and I wouldn't have questioned it. In fact I was resigned to it. Sweetwater was the well company I choose. They had a great receptionist vs. answering machine or portable office via cell phones. The price she quoted me on the pump was very competitive. When the technician Glenn checked the pressure switch he explained that it had a current however due to an ant on the copper it was not conducting the electricity to kick start my pressure tank. I appreciated his honesty. Both he and the office were happy I didn't need a new pump.
