Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The front office staff was very professional and knowledgeable and couldn't have been nicer. My cat's surgery went off without hitch and he was home the next morning. The price for the surgery was surprisingly low, I couldn't be happier.

Receptionist has a bad attitude as if you're causing her a problem by being there. Also, they have a women in the back that does grooming that is in fact a bold faced liar. I had a Great Dane mix in for a lime and sulfur dip because he had developed an allergy to fleas. I dropped the dog off and before I could get home she called and told me to come get the dog because they could not treat him. When I returned, she proceeded to tell me that the dog went crazy lunging at the cage door and raring up on it so they couldn't get him out. This was the lie because this dog has an extremely bad left hip and he can hardly walk, much less rare up on anything. The problem was they some how hurt that hip getting him in the cage and he decided they weren't going to do it again.
