Always a positive experience, either in person or by phone. I am very happy with the few times I have had a problem with the lawn and how Trugreen responded and corrected the problem.

Since hiring TruGreen for our lawn treatment along with tree & shrub treatment I have been happy with all services received. Our lawn hasn't looked better, and our trees and shrubs are healthy and growing well.

I like the smaller window when the service tech is going.

We have been with TruGreen for all outdoor services for many years. Their employees are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. They come when they say they will come and they have great Customer Service to let you know when they will be at your home.

Every TruGreen worker that has come out to the house has been excellent. They show up in a timely manner and complete their work in a timely fashion. Everyone knocks on my door to tell me that they have made it and hand me a written report when they leave, even though it is sent through the app. I would definitely refer TruGreen to anyone.

Prompt service, my tech was polite and I love the technology available to me through the trugreen app.

I was pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail that TruGreen has shown. They are eager to understand exactly what you want and then provide it, and they communicate promptly whenever the need arises.

I've had good experiences with services from TruGreen thus far. I paid for the year in advance, and have had more than 6 visits from them in total for various services.

TruGreen is very efficient and concerned that my husband and I are satisfied with our treatments. The technician takes the time to walk our property and address any concerns .

Tru green is very prompt on there scheduled times, does a very outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone anytime....

We've only had one treatment but he did target the nut sedge. I have sprayed nut sedge often and all the normal products take 10 to 14 days to even begin to turn the plants yellow. When our TruGreen tech sprayed most of the nut sedge was predominantly yellowed and wilting in only 4 days. We were really pleased with that outcome from our first visit.

Trugreen are the best always on time when they come and best results!

We are in the early stages ,so far weeds are gone and most of my yard...lol...also had it airated and after several days of good rain I'm seeing improvement already.the only reason it's a 4 star is because it's been a little over a month.but I'm excited

So far the services TruGreen offer have been very beneficial to our lawn, flower beds and yard.
