Sammy Siu was called out by my landlord to fix a leak in my AC unit. On his third trip to try to fix the problem, Sammy brought his teenage son with him.



The access to the ac unit is in my basement, which is also my daughters bedroom.



My daughter was gone at camp and had used my laptop and left it on top of her dresser. 30 minutes before the arrival of Sammy and his son, the laptop was there, as was a set of unopened Google Play gift cards ($30 worth.)



Sammy was working with my landlord inside the bathroom/closet area where the unit is. His son was in my daughters room. The son made several trips up & down my driveway unbeknownst to his father Sammy.



The laptop and Google play cards are gone. We have scoured the house. I contacted my landlord who attempted to contact Sammy Siu. I then contacted Sammy. He denied his son taking them, but said he'd talk to him. The son, of course denied it, so Sammy Siu said he believes his son because he "wouldn't do that sort of thing." Sammy also suggested that my landlord had stolen my laptop and the Google Play gift cards.



Sammy Siu can't be trusted in your home.
