The team really does an excellent job for us. The house always smells and looks clean when they leave. When I've ever given direct feedback, they "fix" the challenges on the next visit without hesitation. We love our team(s) and would highly recommend Molly Maids!

I hired Molly Maids to clean our home during my busy season and see how it would go. After 2 years I can't imagine not having the team I love continue! My husband & I both work out of the house ( and 2 dogs) and there has never been an issue. They are professional, friendly and truly care about our needs. So do the owners Scott & Cindy who qiute often ask for our opinions and concerns, thank you Molly Maid!!!

My last few cleanings have been outstanding. I'm seeing consistency with each cleaning. I have now recommended Molly Maid to two of my friends. Scott and Cindy are very friendly and helpful. If there are any issues, they take care of them immediately. They really make me feel like a valued customer.

The house is always left sparkling and the ladies are friendly and honest. I love this service and Scott, the owner pretty much rocks.

The team that cleaned our house did an excellent job! They really paid attention to the details, for example cleaning base boards, stairs, bathroom knobs and showers. I could go on and on - they did a great job and can't wait to use them again.

Any time I have an issue with the cleaning, they do everything to remedy the problem quickly and ensure my satisfaction. Molly Maid has made a huge difference for me. They have given me back my weekends to spend the way I want to, by taking care of my house cleaning for me. They are professional, reliable and always do an excellent job therefore removing that time consuming task of cleaning my house away from me. I am so grateful to Molly Maid of NW Gwinnett. I reached out to Scott (the owner) for help with my home. I am simply too old to work full time and keep a clean house. Especially with a dog! But Scott made it so easy. He gave me a wonderful price and assigned two wonderful ladies that make my home spotless twice a month. I no longer have to dread the housework and can spend my free time doing what I want to do. They do a spectacular job and more importantly are great with my dog. He loves them and I do too. They are VERY special ladies. I wish I had made the call years ago and Lord willing, I will never do without them again. They gave me back my peace of mind and made me love my home again!! Staff are very professional . It gives me geat peace of mind to have my house cleaned and I don't have to worry about cleaning. The staff are very considerate of my pets which is very important to me.

I have an excellent crew of two ladies (Jackie & Ally) that are familiar with our home. They arrive at the appointed time or call to inform me if there is an unexpected delay. They are very efficient and careful during their cleaning. The owner Scott Auer keeps in touch periodically to ask how well the service is proceeding.
