They lost 15 shirts!
Been using them for years, but now there's a new employee. First time I saw her there, she tried to give me the wrong customers shirts. Shouldn't have returned after that.
I dropped off 15 shirts (as I always do) on 11/28/16. On Saturday 12/3/16, I went to collect my 15 shirts, and the same employee told me that I had already picked them up and it was only 3 shirts. She argued with me!
Since Saturday, I have spoken to the employee several times, I've actually been in the store and looked through all of the shirts (they probably send out to another location to clean). I left my name and number for the manager or owner to call. Nothing.
Just called and demanded the name and number of the owner only to be told (by the same employee - apparently she's the only one who works there), that she's not allowed to give out the owners phone number.
