You'll love the ride in the summer with no air and Fat Joe in sweat's and B/W tennis shoes. Loves Cash so he doesn't have to report it . Guys who worked for him say Mr. Fat Man still own's them $$$$$ . Tip included in his price but the Drivers never see it. JR the driver should not be driving anything but he works cheap and every driver has Quit Broadway . Don't take my word ask around and most of the other limo Co's won't deal with him ,,,Talk to any other Chauffeur in town :: I talked Majectic and rented from red and he said you lucky not to have rented from Monster Joe , Red said he knew him well.

DO NOT USE! I read some other reviews about how the driver/owner Joe was completely rude but we decided to use them anyways because our first meeting was pleasant. We should have listened because on our way home from a party with friends, we got pulled over. Turns out Joe called them and said we were too rowdy and that we threatened to kill him...are you kidding me?! We were just talking, not singing, shouting or dancing like I've seen with other groups on a limo party bus! And we were just being responsible and avoiding drinking and driving. I was so upset and embarrassed and it ruined the rest of our night. And this was a bachelor/bachelorette party for my fianc and I, which Joe was aware of when we rented the bus. This guy doesn't like people and it's very obvious how he treats paying customers, and shouldn't have a business driving around large groups. I'm SO glad we are using a different limo company for our wedding!

We should have just turned around and walked right out at the first meeting. As a bride meeting with all my different vendors, you really appreciate the respect they give you. You will NOT find that at Broadway Limousine. We walked into Joe's (the owner) office and was greeted by an extremely messy and disorganized space and an owner dressed in sweats-not at all what i would expect from the owner of a limo business. We were assured the utmost professionalism of their staff of drivers and were even given a tour of his "autograph room" where he bragged about all his so-called "happy celebrity customers", i have to believe that's all a sham too. the driver arrived at the hotel to pick up my husband and his groomsmen and used a paper map of WI to get to the church...umm ever heard of a GPS? he had no idea how to get to my parents house to pick up myself and my bridesmaids either, my husband was actually afraid he wouldn't get to us and i would miss my own wedding! Once we got to the church, the driver tried to shove his business cards in my face 10 minutes before i was due to walk down the aisle! Joe's reasoning for this was so that if we ran out of ice in the limo, i could call the driver and have him restock it during the ceremony....ummm...last i checked, the bride isn't so much worried about the ice in the limo, she's GETTING MARRIED during the ceremony. at numerous points, our bridal party had to get their iphones out and prop them on the dash so that we could try and enjoy the ride as opposed to directing him. you would be better off calling a cab--they at least know where they are going. after all, thats the service you are paying for. the driver refused to drive anywhere near the speed limit and put us in SERIOUS JEOPARDY of ruining our very expensive plated dinner. i would never use this company nor recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. when we tried to call joe after returning from our honeymoon to fill him in on the "professional service" his staff provided to us, he pulled out every excuse in the book. and he REALLY can't handle criticism--he'll just hang up on you, and he assumes anyone who calls to complain is only looking for a refund! Don't waste your time!
