Great Preschool!! I can always count on this place. A friendly, clean and organized environment for kids. Love the interaction the staff has with the kids. They care for them as they would with their very own.

My son, who is now 8 years old went to Wee Rascals from the time he was 6 months old until he started school. We have referred numerous friends to them and they as well LOVE the Preschool. Now my daughter, who is 4 years old attends Wee Rascals. WE LOVE this place! They have always been VERY friendly to us and treat our kids GREAT. Our kids have learned so much from them and we will continue to refer people to take their children there. THANK YOU to the staff you are all the BEST :)

Our children (4 & 5) have been attending this day care since 2008. Needless to say, they have watched our children grow and have felt like a part of the family with all the steps along the way. Ernie and Melanie are the most understanding, cooperative and trustworthly owners I have known to run any establishment. They have developed a personal relationship with our children and have sat down with us on mulitple occasions to track the behavior and correction procedures for our youngest, they work with us, as a family. Recently I have gotten orders for a base that is a little under 2 hours from my home, and as it would be nice to have a short commute, we choose to take the drive SOLEY on the factor of our children staying in that school. Everytime we drop the kids off, the staff is serving food to the kids, cleaning the room and toys. Our next baby will be attending Wee Rascals Preschool, It is the only school that has met the needs for our family. I would reccomend this preschool for someone who is looking for a organized, clean and positive atmosphere for your child!

I have been taking my baby to Wee Rascals for over a year now and have ALWAYS been treated with the utmost respect and genuine care for my child, not only by the owners but by all of the staff as well. The rooms are full of fun things to do for the kids and everytime I come in they smell & feel clean (usually because someone is cleaning). I was reading some of the reviews and to be honest, the negative stuff sounds like somebody just trying to make the owners look bad. Sounds like something more personal to me. I have never felt that my child is in a dirty place or that the owners don't care. Melanie and Ernie have brought in a great staff and make sure they are trained to be the best teachers for our kids. I wouldn't take my baby anywhere else.

Reading some of these reveiws are false in my opinion. My husband and I were given 3 young grandchildren to care for in June 2012. Ages 2, 3, and 5. Knowing these kids desperately needed to be with their peers due to speech and other issues involving interaction, I set out to find a suitable daycare. I had passed Wee Rascals on several occasions and decided to give them a call. Melanie and Ernie have bent over backward to help us and the kids make a smooth transition. I too pick up the kids at various times of the day. There is never any need to worry. Everything gets sterilized frequently, the toys, the floors and I might add the kids! I never leave with the kids without the girls making sure my grandkids are freshly diapered for their ride home. As soon as I drop them off they are off to the sink to wash their hands. Just today I went to pick up the kids and Melanie was monitering the kids on the playground, that is not unusual behavoir for her or Ernie. I HIGHLY recommend Wee Rascalls to anyone seeking excellent, safe daycare

My child has been going to Wee Rascals for a year now, I love the staff and the owners! They are amazing with my 4 year old daughter. I do not just leave my child with any one. We looked at a lot of preschools and even had other family members call and hound with every question possible to make sure that this place was a 100% safe and clean, I refuse to even began to look for another daycare/ preschool because of the love that they give and how they r always there to make sure that my daughter feels safe and secure. I was a stay at home mom for 3 years and my child was scared to go to school and now she loves her teachers. As far as the cleanliness of the daycare / per school I am one of those parents that show up at anytime of day weather it be morning or afternoon their toys are soaked in bleach water the bathrooms are always clean and they r always mopping and wiping things down. For a place with lots of kids my child rarely comes home sick that says a lot, If you r a parent looking for a reference you may call me I would highly recommend this preschool / daycare to all parents who care of where their child goes during the day when we can't be with them our selves , lots of love to give. My child is always happy and has an awesome day while she tends Wee Rascals .602-571-6421 for a reference Who ever posted the bad reviews has this place confused with another facility.

Wee rascals is an amazing daycare. My 1 year old was able to adapt really fast to the environment considering that she was with me for a whole year. She loves daycare and sometimes she doesn't even want to come home. I am very proud to say that my daughter has advanced so much from being there. The staff is amazing and Ernie and Melanie love all the kids very much like if they were all their own. Every time I pick up my daughter to leave she always opens the little door in the office to tell Ernie and Melanie bye. If they really didn't care and treated the kids bad like they said in the reviews my daughter wouldn't even want to say bye to them everyday and would just come back home. But no she loves daycare which makes me really happy and relieved that I can leave my daughter there and not have to worry.

My daughter has been going to Wee Rascals since she was 6 weeks old. The staff has loved her and taken care of her and given the proper guidance that is needed at an early age. When she was 3 months old I was laid off from my job and I was so sad to have to take her away from Wee Rascals but I knew the second I was working again I wasn't taking her anywhere else but back to Wee Rascals!The owners and staff are fabulous, caring, loving, supportive, and fun. They are always looking for the best for your children and others. If you have an issue they are quick to sit and talk and fix the matter at hand. There are always smiles everywhere you turn and you will not find a cleaner more organized place. I love that my daughter loves going there and will sometimes not want to leave. That just shows what kind of place this is!I have nothing but good things to say about Wee Rascals! It is a great home away from home for your little ones!

Being a single parent I had to put my now 3 year old daughter in daycare fairly early. I was apprehensive at the thought of leaving my baby girl in the hands of someone else. Walking into Wee Rascals Ernie and Melanie (owners) made me feel confident, comfortable and welcome! Their staff is AMAZING at best. My daughter has been attending Wee Rascals for almost 2 years, she has grown attached to her teachers and can not wait to go to school every day. We are greeted every morning and I receive constant reports on my daughters progress! As for the negative remarks on cleanliness... Whether I am picking my daughter up or dropping her off everyone is always CLEANING or everything has recently been cleaned. Ernie and Melanie have created a wonderful facility and I am proud to say I take my daughter to Wee Rascals Preschool :)

Our son can't wait to go to school every day . All there staff members are nice and polite. You can tell a lot by a school if your kid is happy or excited to go back. Our next child we be going there after he is born.

I would have to completely disagree with the comment that was written on 12/13. It saddens me to read such a negative comment about such a wonderful place. My daughter has attended this preschool for a little over 2 years now, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The staff are all very caring and great with the children. My daughter has learned so much and has grown so much since joining Wee Rascals. The owners are very involved, very personable, and very caring individuals. Both myself and my daughter have such a great relationship with the owners and staff at this preeschool. I would definitely recommend Wee Rascals to anyone who is currently looking for child care. My daughter describes her school as a second family, and as a parent, I couldn't ask for more!

The recent negative reviews regarding the cleanliness and reliability of this place are absolutely NOT true. My daughter has been going to this preschool for quite a long time and I'm just about to enroll my new son into their infant care. The care they give the kids is great and the owners have always been attentive to the customers and to the children. You can tell by the way the kids interact with them.

This Preschool is One of the best Family Owned Childcare centers in surprise . They been there since 1979. It is Well Established. They have One of the best Reputations in surprise, El mirage , And sun city. The owners are So good with all the kids . They have a Special bond with all the kids , the Parents, and staff . Wee Rascals Preschool is a Very Special Place for kids .

This "preschool" is just horrible. The employees are friendly, but the management is the true downfall of this organization. Poor employee welfare, lack of knowledge in business management, and all around lack of professionalism. You can definitely find a better, cleaner, more professional and reliable daycare in surprise. Avoid this place if you're looking for peace of mind in where and who you leave the welfare of your child with.

had my kids enrolled their great staff! but horrible owners! didnt know what they were doing! owners were always on their computer... it seems like they dont even care about the kids... find another day care this place is unprofessional...

I am just curious why the last review was writen IN '09' ...This looks like it would give my kids what they need however guess I am just going to have to check it out myself....will update whan I can tell you all more....

I have a four year old son that I take to Wee Rascals and he loves it!! He learns so much, everyday he tells me how much fun he has and all the friends he makes. They make learning fun for him, he feels safe and comfortable and the school is very very clean. U walk in the front office and it just feels real inviting and homely. The owners Ernie,Mel make it feel like a home away from home.All the kids love this place!! My son even has homework .He looks forward to going there every day. We love this place.
