We were very happy with our tile and installation. Tintas was competitive in price, helpful when picking tile and grout, professional and did a great job with the installation

We used TINTAS GRANITE For master bath & guest bath & one other stone wall project, & we could not be more satisfied. Everyone involved, Fernando, Colton, Christie, bill, Freddie, was a friendly group to work. Everyone we dealt with was very professional on detail. We will highly recommend TINTAS GRANITE.

My wife and I contracted the remodeling of the interior of our home with the owner Bill Tintas and his daughter, Christine. We had porcelain tile on the floor throughout our home with both baths remodeled. Old tile, carpet, plumbing fixtures, sinks, cabinets, counter tops, medicine cabinets, and electrical fixtures were professionally removed and taken away. Time frames were on schedule. Quality of workmanship on all tile and wooden cabinets (not pressed wood), electrical rewiring, and overall craftsmanship was continually supervised by both Bill and Christine. Cleanliness throughout the remodeling period was of the utmost importance to the owner. Christine made herself available to accompany my wife in the selection of knobs for the cabinets, lighting and plumbing fixtures, and fans. All lighting was upgraded to LED. The following were responsible for their areas of expertise: Alex tile; Roberto cabinets; Johny - walls, electrical, plumbing fixtures. Highly recommended!

In one word: HORRIBLE! But, let me explain because it might be hard to fathom.



My wife and I caught the installers attempting to steal two unopened boxes of tile. They placed the tile in the bed of their truck and tried to hide it by covering with a blanket. When confronted, they claimed Tintas asked them to bring it back because we would be short on tile and samples were needed. Yes, two full unopened boxes of tile were being requested as a sample on a Saturday afternoon…before Easter Sunday? Oh btw, I currently have, after the installation has been completed, 19 unopened boxes of tile…so we surely were not going to be short and surely no samples were going to be needed.



At this point, this was my personal property and they had zero permission to remove it from my premise...regardless! When Tintas was confronted on the above, they said these installers were just trying bring back extra tiles and these installers have never had any complaints before in regards to theft. What? The job was not even two-thirds completed, they tried to hide the theft with a blanket, and Tintas minimized this by allowing the excuses of extra tile to be stolen & pointed to their previous theft track record.



Word of warning, if you decide to purchase from and have Tintas perform the installation please watch their workers every second they are in your home. Subsequently and unfortunately, I have found other items missing but I can’t prove who stole them from my premises, but what I do know without a doubt is that those items were stolen while the installation was being performed and the precedence of theft was established by the Tintas installers. Now, I have to go through the legal process to attempt to recover my items and/ or receive reimbursement from my insurance company. Don’t let this happen to YOU!

Regardless and without a doubt, the facts are:

1. Tintas’ installers attempted to steal $127 of MY personal property (value of the two boxes)!

2. When Tintas’ owner was confronted with the theft, he trivialized it by pointing to the installer’s previous track record and had no problem making excuses for their attempted theft of my property!



There were numerous other issues with this service & installation besides the theft; however, Tintas has made fair restitution on them and I think it’s most important to focus on the most egregious...THEFT by the Tintas installers and the follow up excuses by Tintas’ owner!

Just finished 2 bathroom remodels (Master Bath and Guest Bath)... LOVE THEM!!! Everyone was great to work with, estimates were more cost-effective than other companies, workmanship was extraordinary. The primary installer was very courteous, conscientious, and meticulous. The quality of work was impeccable...and the care and attention second to none. Every effort possible was made to minimize impact during the remodel and to ensure minimal dust in the house and even in the garage where saws and tools operated. In this house and a previous one, we also have had Tintas Granite & Flooring install granite throughout the homes as well as tear out existing flooring and install new tile, wood, and carpet. We are going to build a new home in the next year or so and will definitely again look to Bill Tintas and the team at Tintas Granite & Flooring to help us upgrade the home. If you are looking for quality service & quality outcome at a reasonable cost...look to Tintas Granite & Flooring.

Exceptional service. Finally, a company that does what is says, when it says with quality and professionalism. We expected the project to take about a month, it was completed in two weeks with only a day and a half of the sink unusable, and that because of a us, not Tintas. Additionally, their price was below what we were quoted by others.

I just had my new granite counter top installed. I love it. The company was right on top of every request I made. They did the rip out of the old, installed the new and furnished a plumber. My GO TO GUY was Danny. Such a nice kid!!! The job was done in about 6 hours plumbing incl.... I am so glad I went with a local company!!!!

One job they did for us the damaged the new cabinets and acted like it was no big deal when they came out to see, then asked us if we could fix it and we said they would need to take responsibility and they became rude. Decided to give them another chance and worked on another job communicating by phone and in person for almost three months. Called and left a message that we had begun the job and were bringing in the deposit and received a voice mail back that informed us they thought the job was too hard and didn't want to do it. That could have been done from the onset rather than leaving us in a lurch in the middle of the project. Sorry way to conduct business when you have a child running it.

Tintas installed my granite countertops and backsplash. They did a wonderful job !! They listen and answer all your concerns and questions with a smile. They have excellent customer service and a quick turn-around. I would use them again for sure !!

Last year we had our kitchen and guest bath vanity done in granite by Bill and his crew and they did an excellant job. They were very helpful and informative when we were in his shop picking out the material. Their pricing was fair and their product exceptional. I would highly recommend this company. Kristi C.

My wife and I recently had our kitchen counters redone with granite and Tintas and there team did a wonderful job. The front office was very friendly and professional. The owner, Bill, personally assisted us and answered all of our questions/concerns, and gave us a very fair price. The measurements were accurate, the installation was perfect, and the workers were pleasant and professional.
