I went here today and though it would be a good start for finding a new place since the one I go to is about 10 min away and this one is only 1 min away. I went here to get my daughters nails painted, I got a full set, my feet painted and my eye brows. I lost the coupon we get in the mail on the mailers you get. So I pulled it up on the phone and they said they won't take that they want the actual coupon. I was a little disturbed that they would not take a coupon in any form and for sure a new customer. I got my nails done and the girl that was doing them kept cutting through my skin and one finger when I left was cut deep on the side not even a little scuff but deep cut. The man that did my feet just took polish off and rt away wanted to paint them. The place I normally go to cleans your feet in water takes them out and cuts any extra skin near the nails and files them down. I had to ask for this because he was trying to paint my nails with nails un even

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!



I came to Royalty nails about 2 years ago, and never even wanted to think about this place so I never wrote a review. So I thought why not now? Well, I had gotten a fill and a pedi. Since I was new to the area and needed a salon, I chose this one because I saw a coupon in my mail. When I had gone in, I waited for about 20 minutes, hick I was fine with due to the amount of people in the salon. I got my pedicure done first and noticed they didn't put a protective plastic bag inside the little tub where you put your feet. This is really important because some one before you could have had some sort of contagious infection that could now spread to you because they used the same tub. Anyway, the pedicure seemed rushed and just looked okay. My nails weren't too great either and almost burned after the Acrylic was applied. When I went to check out I showed them the coupon and the lady seemed to look really mad. She called over a man and they began to scream at me in an accent I could barely understand. After trying to ask why they would put the coupon in if they weren't going to let people use it, he said "Fine fine! I do this only one time." And walked away. After a day, but cuticles were inflamed and the nails were lifting. After asking my daughter who's in cosmetology school, she told me I had an allergic reaction due to cheap product. Never coming back. Try to Angel Nails and Spa by the Taco Bell on Bell road, they are great!!

I've been going to this place for a while now. I was going to a place before that I was paying $30-$35 just for a bare minimum pedicure at royalty nails I pay $30 and get A LOT more! Sugar scrub paraffin wax hot stone hot lotion hot towels!! And that is just the one of the "basic" ones. They have many option that go up from there for you to pick from. Tiffany is so sweet! She does such a good job! Pedi's mani's Acrylic Wax she does such a great job on all!!! She doesn't let you leave unhappy. She makes sure you are 100% Satisfied! Will continue to make my appointments with Tiffany!!

have been going to Royalty nails for some time now and I like it. It is close to where I live and Lillian is wonderful. My recent experience was not so good, that is why I am rating it a 3 right now. Any other day I would have given them a 4 or better.



Yesterday I went in to have my upper lip, eye brows, and arm pits waxed. It was an older lady who did it for me this time, not Lillian. She was kind and and took her time, but I noticed that she did one thing that Lillian does not do. She wax over the same area about 3 times. I noticed that once she was finished that it was still stinging a little. Well, once I made it home and looked in the mirror with my glasses on, I noticed a few areas were extra red. The next morning when I woke up, my eye brow and upper lip area was scabbed.



So I went back to the shop to speak with the manager. He was not there, so one of the main ladies along with the lady who did my waxing came up to ask me what was wrong. Well I showed them the scabbed areas, and they started speaking to each other in their native tongues. The lady who did my waxing then went and got some neosporin and placed it on my scabs. She then said your skin is just sensitive and sent me on my way. Which I thought was horrible customer service, but since the manager was not there I thought it was best to wait.



I later came back to ask for the manager again. He still not there so I left a message for him describing everything. I also placed on the note my name and number for a call back. I called before 7pm, but there was no answer. So tomorrow I am going to try to speak with the manager again. If he is a good manager he will call before I will call again or come back again. If this situation is not handled appropriately, I will call the BBB and also respond to my own post of the outcome.



I can handle a few mistakes here and there, but at the end of the day I take customer service and respect very serious.





This is an addition to my review: I just spoke with the manager this morning. He handled everything wonderfully. He also gave me store credit for future waxing. I know to stick with lillian from now on.

The lady who did my nails, did not care at all..she didn't file the edges, and the shape is completely flat across..and they are so uneven. It was so unsanitary..I got a piece of somebody else's skin stuck to my hand!!!! While she was painting my nails she was on the phone laughing? I really regret going here. It was to expensive and quality sucked..I'd rather pay someone 25 dollars to take these nails off. Never will I be back.

Everytime I go in, Ashley increases the price and tries to convince me that's what I paid last time. I know you read your reviews Ashley, we're not dumb. You charge 40 and up it by 5 dollars every visit. I'll be taking my loyalty and tip elsewhere.

DONT GO!!!!! My wife has gone there for a while, but no longer. They are rude, overbook, and magically there is always some reason she pays way more than what they told her it would be before they started. "Ashley" is one of the owners and is the worst...very RUDE and seems to forget she is working with clients in a service industry. They are also deceptive because they have a Better Business Bureau accreditation posted, but it's expired and also for another business. If you check the BBB they are NOT accredited. It's obvious that they just don't think people will look to closely. Other than all that, it's dirty, cramped and it's true that the employees barely speak to you unless it's to be rude.

I have gone for service a few times. I had Steven and had the worst backfill ever.... pedicure was ok. I asked for thin nails and not a thick white and I got short and extreme thick white tips. I spend at least 300 a month and will never go back!!! I took all my nails off and went to pretty nails and spa just up the road and that salon is not only 100% nicer and cleaner but actually do a fantastic job!!!!

So I was really hesitant on getting my nails done since the last girl I went to moved 2 years ago bu I decided to gve thisplace a shot. I am a person that doesn't want to be treated like a number and this place has 100% of my satisfaction when it comes to customer service! Ashley did my nails for me. She took time in detail for sure. I am so pleased and will be going back for sure. I recomend this place to anyone that wants excellent customer service and comlplete satisfaction!

If you like white tips that are clearly crooked, cold water pedicures, and different employees every time you go in, this is the place for you! If you want nice looking nails (that don't lift), warm pedicures with good massages, RUN!!!!! I've given this place far too many chances and am done!!! I've been getting my nails done (acrylic) for more than 15 years and have NEVER seen such poor quality!!! I finally just gave up and took my nails off and just had my last pedicure at this place!!!! I will be driving further to find a better place. BAD, BAD, BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ashley is wonderful! 16 years experience doing nails and waxing! I just moved here and it's soooo hard to find people who take pride in their work and she DEFINITELY does!! I'd recommend Royalty Nails and Ashley to any and everyone who is looking for these services! Very affordable and I have to say it was very nice to actually have a conversation with her instead of the usual atmosphere where the nail techs just talk amongst themselves. Super clean salon and friendly staff.

I have tried so many different nail salons, trying to find good prices, excellent service, and low prices. My friend referred me to Ashley at Royalty Nails, I got excellent service she didn't charge me for things that I got extra. She was very friendly she understood what I wanted. I have never walk out of the nail salon 100 percent satisfied until I went to royalty nails. I will go there time and time again just for the excellent customer service. When I go, I get white tips and when it's time for a fill make it so still very white. They take their time and do it right, they cater to each and every customer. I highly recommend going here.

If you want Awesome Relaxation , your nails done so pretty and a pedicure that feels so Awesome! You have to come to Royalty Nails !!! Oh my goodness They do such Awesome work!!! Ashley makes my nails look so pretty! I always walk out of there feeling so good!! They are so friendly at Royalty Nails!!! They make you feel like you are a queen or king!!!!! I have been going there for about a yr now and still love them!!!! They also do the best Pedicures!!! If you had a long day at work go get a Pedi cure!!!! I have been getting my nails & pedicures done at Royalty Nails for a year now, so very pleased. Ashley does an Excellent job. They have a nice selection of colors to choose from & their prices are very reasonable. It's a warm & friendly place everyone there is so nice.

Royalty Nails Rocks and so does the owners/employees. The previous owners were terrible but Ashley and her husband took over and made everyone's experience much better. I love that they use Tammy Taylor products and my nails never turn yellow. Plus, I like the fact that Ashley never charges me extra for the sparkles in my pink and white nails. I love the way Ashley does my pink and white acrylics. It always comes out beautiful. Their spa pedicure is great too. Ladies, come here for great service and pampering.

Great place with wonderful workers. Clean and price is reasonably competitive. They treated me like, well kinda like Royalty like their name. I highly recommend this establishment for everyone.

I love this place. My two girlfriends and I got a Royalty pedicure there the other day. It was a great experience and they treated us like ROYALTY. The people there are very friendly and they do very good work. The prices are fair and competitive. I am making this place my regular nail salon. I would highly recommend Royalty Nails to everyone.

This is a clean, well-run establishment. The staff is friendly and eager to please. I find the prices very reasonable and the service exceptional.
