Unbelievable. I was in with my daughter on 12/21 for both of us to get full set acrylics and gel manicure. I chose the "chrome" gel which was $10 extra. The base for the chrome is Black. The nail technician could not get the chrome part to stick to my nail, neither could a different technician. Maybe they should be trained better. So, bottom line, I was unhappy and John my manicurist told me to come in this week and he would fix the polish since I had wanted SILVER nails and came out with BLACK. I just called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone told me I would have to PAY for them to fix their mistake!! Not going to happen. Don't go here they are incompetent.

My nails tech is awesome she always takes her time with me and never tries to offer me services i didn't ask for which in return makes the price go up
