What a nightmare! Was there the evening of June 7th. The pan for every ingredient needed for a veggie bowl (rice, black beans & grilled veggies) was empty. Had to wait in line several minutes while a sullen, slow-moving cook brought out the overcooked, cold rice and veggies. Dirty food was spilled all over the countertops, and the noise and chaos was deafening. Could not hear the servers. The entire place looked dirty and the employees did not appear well-trained or motivated. God help Chipoltes if the rest of their locations are as poorly-run as the one on Bell and Litchfield!
