It is a takeout place, they have a few tables and they serve you on school trays in takeout boxes with a plastic (cheap) picnic fork. The wait staff were very nice. My food was okay, another person in my party couldn't even chew her sesame chicken. None of us will return. Probably just okay for carry out.
