Do I have to give them one star? Take your business elsewhere! The staff here are heartless and rude. My husband approached a staff member (presumably the owner as she was in the 45-55 age range) today, while holding our three year old and asked If our son could use the restroom. Without hesitation, she told my husband "take him to blue bunny". Well it does not take a genius to figure out what happened. While my husband was walking to blue bunny my three year old son pissed all over himself and my husband. My husband sent my nephew in to get me. I had no clue they had turned a three year old away from using the restroom. if I would have know this mama bear would have went full force!!!!! There is no excuse for this, I don't care what their policy is about bathrooms. I have worked high end retail shops and our bathrooms were not for the public. However, we always and I mean always made an exception for kids (epically those of the toddler age, that have a hard time controlling their bladder). My husband and I are locals ( born and raised) I will never go to this $&!?hole of a store again. We will make sure to spread the word to our friends and customers, to not support this business. Take your business to a beach shop that will Be respectful and appreciate their customers. After all, a business is nothing without their customers.
