they will keep you dog in a cage overnight!!!!





I call at 8:00 am to ask if they were able to groom my two dogs and they said yes. I dropped off my dogs at 9:30 am. Call at 5:20pm and they said one owas ready and they were almost done with the other one. Due to the rush hour I did tell them that we might be running 5 min past 6pm, the owner insisted that he was not going to wait for us because he had to go. We arrive at 6:05pm and call him, he answered and said that was too late & the store was close we saw him getting in his car and leaving. He call me back to say there will be a $20.00 charge for boarding. My two dogs 22 hours inside a cage only with water, no food or walking. I do understand that the are reasons to have an openign and closing time but they had my dogs from 9:30 am and it was 5:30 and they were not ready. I did not complain about that, thinking he would not mind waiting 5 minutes for me to pick them up. I am so upset & outrage to think there are people acting like this. Up until now i was ok with their service but after this will never go back there. The attitude was irrespecful and careless, makes me wonder how they actually treat the dogs.
