pathetic service when I placed soem order for drinks and onion rings...Actually they dint have onions and they did not inform me and kept me wating for 20 mins. I lost my initial movie..stupid people . They were not even apologetic...

This piece of s--t theatre would not turn off the lights in the auditorium while the movie was playing. I left in the middle of the movie to tell management about this and they refused to turn them off saying safety reasons. This is BS, safety is why there is track lighting along the stairs and walkways which has been more than adequate for thousands of other theaters for years now. YOU DON'T KEEP THE LIGHTS ON WHEN YOU ARE SHOWING A MOVIE!

Step up in 3D was the boom

The service is the worst here. Ticket machines that don't work for months, over charged for tickets. If you choose to go here be there early the ticket lines will be long (1 person working) and the concession line is long (2 people working) especially on Friday night. Don't bother complaining to management they do nothing all the way from the location to Regal Entertainment Group's Corporate.
