Office people friendly only until you move in, then: air not working, filthy appliances and cabinets, no parking lot at night, no water pressure, dirty walls and ceilings etc. Don't even go and ask for help, they will have a ridiculos answer and seemed bothered. They also don't tell you that the water service that you are paying includes the water that they use from their private company, so there is no water meter available to control.
