BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS MAN, MAKE SURE YOU READ THE WHOLE REVIEW! MONEY IS ALL JUAN CARES ABOUT! We've been working with JC Enterprises for many years now. We originally hired Juan to design our landscape around our home and the result was outstanding. Not only was the design stunning, Juan's work ethic, integrity, professionalism and experience was above and beyond our expectations. Since our initial design project, we've hired JC Enterprises many more times, most recently in August of 2013, when we hired him to design our pool area, install a modern fence, travertine pavers, and landscape lighting. We are thrilled with the results, and people who visit our home our blown away by the beauty of our garden. ****Addition to my review***** I took away the 5 star service because the customer service of this company is terrible. After working with Juan for so many years, and being repeat clients, you would think he would give extra attention to the customer service. We hired him again for hedge installation and gave him a large deposit towards the work and some clerical work. Due to complications with our board, we wanted to postpone the project until we resolved the issue. We asked Juan kindly to refund the deposit (minus 10% for the letter writing), since we were not sure how long the legal fight would last. We wanted to use some of that deposit towards our attorney's fees. Juan refused to refund the money, saying he needed that money for hedge reservation, 'design concept, paperwork and letter writing'. He said the hedges are hard to find and he needed to put a hold on them - which is an absolute lie. I called a local nursery and inquired about the hedge, height and delivery time, and they said they could have the same hedge here the next day. Please know, if you are going to use this company, Juan C. Arzola only cares about the money, and nothing else. He is very pricey, and you would expect the 'white glove' service for the money you are spending, but you will soon find that customer service is a word that does not exist in Juan's vocabulary.
