I had the displeasure of coming to the office and having my appointment canceled because they were unable to reach me. They didn't want to hear anything I said all they said it was their policy. Since when does a doctor's office call the day of an appointment and a few hours away from the actual appointment itself. I had been looking forward to the appointment since I may have gotten answers as to why I'm having these headaches since I never suffered from anything like the severe headaches I've been getting. They called my home phone I'm not home after 6 am I do have a job, and of all mornings for my cell phone to be on the fritz yesterday. I could not open my phone to receive or make calls all morning long. Did I mention I'm a middle school teacher and even if I could have yesterday answered my cell phone I will not take personal calls at all not even from my husband if I have students in the classroom. They tried to reschedule my appointment but I told them UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I GO THERE EVER. So please be forewarned that if you make an appointment and for whatever reason they can't reach you they WILL CANCEL on you. IT'S REALLY UNJUST WHAT THEY DO. I BELIEVE THE REASON THEY CANCELED ME OUT WAS BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT REACH ME THEY GAVE MY APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE. I give it a "0" rating. VERY DISAPPOINTING THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED.
