I needed to replace a watch battery and went to the store in sunrise and they refused to help me because they said I had a Michael Kors watch and declined to service me so I went to sears watch repair down the street at broward mall and they had no problem changing the battery and also gave me 1 year warranty. Wow what woulds they do if someone came in with a Rolex.

I needed two batteries and had no idea what kind of batteries to buy. I called them and they gave me all the answers I needed so, just Pick up the Batteries and problem solved. They helped me a lot.
