I have been using this business for 10 years now. They apply a mildewcide (sp?) to my roof twice a year. I have spanish tile (reddish pink - which is 16 years old now) and it has never turned black! My neighbors have the same exact roof and are very ugly. They also need to pressure clean them which in turn loosens tiles. Since using Atlantic Pressure twice a year, I have never had the need to pressure clean. My roof's lifespan is definitely increased over my neighbors'!
