My dog got out this morning and was taken to this vet to check for a micro chip. They checked and said no, this was at 9:30 AM. I found my dog and made an appt to get a microchip. After installing it they tried to confirm it worked. The scanner had low battery apparently for a long time as both techs said that happens all the time just hold the button. It did not work the vet finally came out and asked them several times if they checked it before applying no answer. I was told it is fine it is the scanner that doesn't work. I had asked minutes before if they had any dogs in the waiting room and was told no ( my girl is very dog reactive as they well know) we have been patients here for over 2years. There was a dog and of course mine went nuts. So many unprofessional things. I waited several minutes as the girl helping me had apparently gone on break. So the older rude one says what do you want. I just wanted to get my receipt and know my dog had a working microchip. I ended up going to Sunnyvale Veterinary hospital where the sweetest tech came to our car and confirmed the number. Needless to say we have a new vet for both dogs.

Had my father in law over with his dog Cali for the holidays. They had been over at my sister in law's place and their dog was playing and scratched Cali in the ear. It had been infected and swelled up so they had taken it to a national chain triage place and it was not getting better. Luckily, I didn't risk it any further and brought it to Serra Veterinary and had them handle it. A few more days and it could have been life threatening. The staff and doctors here are experienced and we will continue taking our most prized companions here for the best care.

Bad customer service, alway charge extra. We went today then they claimed that we have unpaid balance since six months ago which does not make any sense because everyone pays immediately after get the service. If a medication price is $40 they would charge $120 then they will claim it is the compute mistake or the assistant mistake. They quoted us over the phone yesterday less than $100 then we went there they asked for $150. We went to another clinic who does it for $68. They are very expensive and try to avoid.

I give an A+ to Dr. Natt and his team for their responsiveness and professionalism! I dont say that very easily but they definitely earned my respect. His knowledge and diagnosis skills were also very impressive given that 2 previous vets gave me the wrong diagnosis and his treatment plan worked the first time.
