We recently completed a kitchen/living room renovation with Pacific and worked with David C., James D. and Colin in wrapping things up.

After starting our project with another very unprofessional company, David and his crew came through to get us to the finish line and complete the work to our satisfaction. Pacific even brought in additional resources toward the end of the project when we ran over schedule to ensure we finished at a reasonable time.

It was important for us to work with a full-service company that would take care of everything - engineering, 3D modeling, construction, permit procurement, etc. Pacific provides all of this and really are a "one-stop shop". This was very important to us as we didn't have the time or know how to find freelancers to do each part of the job separately.

David and his team made sure things were completed up to standard and always told us he wanted "clients for life". He definitely earned that from us.

When it came time that I was finally able to remodel my kitchen into what I had always wanted, I was very cautious about who to go through. My husband and I are both getting ready for retirement, and want to put the finishing touches on our home, so we know that it will last us a very long time. I had heard from my sister that Pacific had done a room addition on her home, and I was really impressed with how it turned out. It was beautiful! I went ahead and went with them for my kitchen remodel. The project manager Jason was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He was able to put my ideas for my kitchen into an actual design that could be built. Other contractors had left me with so many unanswered questions and there were always too many variables regarding price and completion date.
I was so impressed with Pacific's style and approach to what I wanted done. Every appointment that was set, was followed up on as scheduled.
When the project started, I have to say I was very nervous, it was the biggest investment of mine in a very long time. I really needed this to go as planned. The remodel was completed much sooner than I ever expected.
I was so impressed with their work, and I am IN LOVE with my kitchen. I know that this will last my husband and I a very long time. Thank you so much to Jason and all the other staff at Pacific Construction & Design!

Ben and the Pacific crew completed a full kitchen for me. I am just overjoyed with the final result. I personally contacted Pacific Construction and Design after I came across their add in homemag. I set up a time for a free consultation and met with Ben my project manager. Ben gave me a crash course in what I we needed and what could be done. We spent hours discussing different patterns and designs. We eventually came to an agreement and I decided to move forward with Pacific for a full kitchen remodel.
Ben’s knowledge and suggestions made a huge difference in making sure I could utilize the space I already had. Ben was present every day making sure his crew was fulfilling all my need. Ben even helped me choose what type of drawer pulls, kitchen faucets to add. I received emails, phone calls and texts from Ben updating me on the status of my kitchen.
I felt completely relaxed and stress free with all that was happening and couldn’t be more grateful for such an easy process. Whatever Ben had promised me and what we agreed to was done flawlessly. The project was done in fashionable time and I really do appreciate Ben’s professionalism. It is hard to find good contractors who actually care about you and are not all about the money. I hired Pacific Construction for installation of kitchen counter and sink, including plumbing work. I was very pleased with the work they did. My only constructive criticism would be better schedule management and coordination between the 2 contacts that I worked with. However, that is minor given the quality of their work and overall price.

I recently had Pacific Construction and Design do some remodeling work on my Kitchen, Bathroom, and garage. I made a few upgrades to my kid’s bedroom, master bedroom and Livingroom I also upgraded my roof to solar. PCD did and awesome job they were easy to work with, they communicated every step and process. This was first time trying a new contractor and I couldn’t have made a better choice smoothest remodel I have had by far, I see why there an award-winning business. Great guys at PCD.

My dad and I had an excellent experience with Pacific construction & decorating. They helped with a kitchen and bathroom remodeling; the service took about a month, from start to finish.

Their team was professional and detailed. After a few months we had some issues with one of the doors in the bathroom, so I called the company and they showed up a few days later to fix it-- overall, they have provided great customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality and trustworthy team to help remodel their home.

I am starting the 6th month of a "16 week" project. We are not anywhere near being done. Much of the time no one shows up. When they do show up, its seldom more than two people at a time. The Contractor lives in So. Cal. (they don't tell you that when they bid on your project) and I have never seen him. Many workers are unskilled and they always work unsupervised. The business guys keep demanding payment for incremental work before it has been completed. Last week they asked for the progress payment for the completion of the bathroom saying it was "practically done" when not a single fixture (toilet, tub, vanity, shower, shower door) was installed, nor had any finished electrical work been performed. All they had done was tile. They get very aggressive and badgering telling us how inconsiderate we are for not paying them when they are "practically done". The only time we hear from them is when they want to get paid. No supervision, no communication, absentee contractor, bad news!

Last year the roof was leaking and we waited for the hot days in order to repair it. We called few companies and we met with some of them because others didn't show up at all. Pacific construction & design came over and went up to the roof to check and see what is the problem. He noticed the problem and recommended us to replace the roof because of its age on top on the several problems that he found and showed us. His estimate for the roof was reasonable and fair and we hired them for the job. The work scheduled for a week when it’s hot and not raining. David came over with several workers that removed the old roof and start placing the new one. David made sure to clean up each day and to make sure that there are no debris in the house. 3 Days it took them to install the new roof and to make sure that everything is good and without any problem. We are happy and pleased with the work and the price that we got from David.

I have always been leery of contractors, not knowing whether they would try to take advantage because of my knowledge in construction and what need to be done I found Pacific Construction & Design online and had them to send someone to come over and see what I would like to do and to give me a bid on opening up the wall from my living room into my dining room. Pacific Construction & Design called when the salesman was on his way. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. I was impressed by the way he listened carefully to exactly what I had envisioned for the project. He made several suggestions that were point on, and took notes while we chatted.



His estimate arrived quickly by email and the quote seemed to be reasonable, so I hired him. The workers arrived on time each day and worked more than a full day. Each night they cleaned up and tried to minimize the disruption that opening up a wall makes.

Pacific construction and Steve did work in our house and they kept it clean which made it possible for us to continue living in our home while the projects were underway.

They worked within our budget and clearly set out each cost so that we could plan.

The materials are excellent quality and proving to stand the test of time.

We hired Pacific Construction and, josh and Jou as a project manager to remodel two bathrooms.

This included upgrading counters, installing tile, installing new fixtures, constructing a new shower, and installing a new bathtub. They did an excellent job of designing them and helping select materials and colors. Their various craftsmen were courteous and thorough.

We are delighted with the quality of their work and the way the project turned out.
