Samir, the owner was sitting outside doing nothing but playing on his phone. He allowed us, who was parked right in front of him, to walk inside the office without acknowledging us or coming inside to address why we were there. After a minute of no one coming into the office, we walked back outside. At that time another car drove up and Amir immediately acknowledged that person and told her to go to the empty garage. When I told him we were already waiting he immediately became rude and told me to go back inside and have a seat still not asking what we needed. Obviously, I told him off so he refused to serve us.

Samir should have greeted us as patrons and not attempted to take someone who came a while after us before us.

Very unprofessional and rude little man.

Only go to City Wheel and Auto Service if you want to be ignored and served according to Samir, who stated that he picks who is served first no matter who arrives first.

Ahmad's response to this review is a straight-up lie. I have been to this shop at least three times and received service without an appointment. The customer who drove up for air after I arrived and was served first by Samir, also did not have an appointment.
