Loved the staff, the office and my smile has never looked better. I'm going in for Zoom whitening next... it's a bright spot in the winter months

The staff was very friendly and very informative. They explained the dental work that needed to be done before they worked on you. Best part too.. free whitening.

She takes time to explain the procedures. Everyone was really nice and attentive.

I have been going to Bay Dental in Sunnyvale for a little over a year and had a fantastic experience. I have gone in for orthodontia (not dental work) and EVERY time the receptionists have greeted me by name, got me into the chair on time...and then out again quickly. And when I say quickly I mean efficiently--the dentists and assistants always have time to answer questions. Bay Dental was also very good about confirming appointments, which I appreciated.

A coworker recommended I try them and since I was waaaay overdue, I decided to go. From the minute I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I was also expecting lots of problems with my teeth (and lots of $$), but I was pleasantly surprised. They didn't try to sell me on a bunch of work I didn't need. They even told me to wait on a root canal that I MIGHT need and told me how to care for that tooth on my own. No root canal- sounds good to me!! That would have maxed out my insurance with the 3 fillings I got. They seemed very caring and truly concerned about me and not my insurance benefit $$. Being comfortable at a dentist office that I trust is important to me. If it is to you too, try Bay Dental, you won't be disappointed.
