I'm not a complain person, but when someone cheats on me I not shine to share.



I rent a car for a day. From 04/22/2015 till 04/23/2015. I returned car the same night and after two days receive an email, that car is not returned. After a call I find out that nobody even checked do this car returned ( left in the garage in car return spot ).



So what they did they charged me for two day car rental even I was renting for one day t.y for half day. Because of lazy people who work there. Nobody checked is car was returned or not. Just after two days when I call them to find out what is going on.



Of course I called them to find out what is going on and never got call back when I ask to talk with manager. She was busy to call me back. Just send me invoice with double amount of what it was for final price.



Thank you guys for ripping me off and it's shame that these days you can act like this.
