I purchased a custom seat from them in 2006 and the service and product were tops. I had ordered another October 2104 and this go around was a nightmare. First, they wanted all cash up front contrary to what is posted on their website. I was then told would receive an email with purchase order number, which I have never received, and that my seat would be shipped in 6-8 weeks. Ten weeks later, after making numerous unreturned calls and emails I finally got through. They didnt know who I was. Andy Amador then assured me my seat would be in the mail by that Thursday. Three weeks later, still no seat. Many calls and emails followed, and finally got through to Andy and again, he no idea who I was. I regave all the data on my seat (for the 4th time) which they should have had but didnt somehow. Andy promised my seat in the mail Tuesday 24 Feb. wirh 2 day shipping to make up for the hassles I got. Andy lied to me again, He sent the seat regular parcel post. To top it all off the seat I got was totally wrong It was supposed to be a custom seat with higher lumbar support and longer stretch. It was a rack job. I ordered a split seat and got a solid seat that didnt even fit the fender mount on my 06 Harley. I now have to get that part machined to fit. I have sent them 2 emails and 4 phones calls, on he 6th and 7th March 2015 I have yet to hear from them.. Do not order a seat or let your friends buy a seat from Bar Enterprises their customer service is nonexistent and a joke. Their product is not what is was years ago. As Jeffrey stated if I could give them no stars I would.

I'd give them less if I could. Peice of c__p company I've only had to wait 3 months so far with the same BS anwser as the previous gentleman stated it's one BS story after another. If Harley Davidson continues to use this company as they, Bar enterprise states, then im selling my bike ASAP I will not ride a bike from a company that would consider such horrible customer service. If anyone uses this company after reading the reviews then you deserve what you get. This is all ran by that Crack head Andy who has more excuses than S__T has flys. I will have to drive 400 miles just have the satisfaction of telling them what a peice of S__T they have and to get my money back with intrest!

Motor Cycle Seat Bar Rip Off

I ordered a motor cycle seat 6 months ago. I was told 2 weeks delivery. I was told it shipped. Then I was told it went to a wrong address and they would get it returned, then it came back to them damaged and they would repair it. Since then they won't give me a tracking number return phone calls, refund my money. I have made calls left messages and emails with no contact. I wouldn't have this company make a bicycle seat. There a rip off!

I ordered a custom seat at the Red River Rally in NM. When I paid them in full the day I ordered the seat I was told the seat would ship within 10 days at the latest. I am now over a month past with no communication. They told me several times the seat had shipped and they would send me the tracking number. It now has been a week since that conversation and no seat or tracking number. Hard to believe a company would treat clients this way and stay in business. As a business owner I would hope employees in my organization have better communication with clients when they are having problems. I would suggest to anyone looking to get a seat pay for it when they receive it or you might end up in the same spot I am in.
