Baer Wolfe Architects, formerly Wolfe Associates Architects was established by Gary Wolfe in 1976.  The firm was established on the core value of providing excellent customer service.  Listening and understanding the client’s needs were key in the development of the firm.  In April of 2012, Rocky Baer purchased the firm as Gary is transitioning into retirement.  The firm still maintains the core value of excellent customer service and will do whatever it takes so the client is excited about their project.  Baer Wolfe Architects is committed to sustainable design.  Green building design and sustainability is an integral part of our basic values.  As part of our continued interest and commitment to developing a sustainable building practice, Baer Wolfe Architects is always looking to incorporate some  aspect into each of our projects.  Whether that is material selection, minimizing material waste, recycling, daylighting, energy savings, etc.  We have experience with products that have a range of life cycle costs, and work to achieve the best outcome.  As part of this process we identify and balance the initial short-term costs with the long-term operating cost and savings.
