I have visited this store many times. I was looking for a tool to get my mower blades off. After I picked out the wrong tool and had to bring it back, a very helpful employee assisted me and the owner pitched in. I could not have been more pleased with the service. I am also extremely pleased with the selection of tools and other items in the store.

I went in to rent a rug Dr. It took 20 minutes to get service then when I finally was helped. 2 associates where trying to get out of doing the paperwork and contiplating on who was going to help this other person. 10 min later I was given the pw too sign which it said rental was 22.00 dollars. I signed it and when I was ready to go up front to pay was told I had to put down 70.00 dollar deposit for carpet cleaner. When I said ur kidding the guy got crappy and said no I'm not. Worst place to go. Do not recommend.
