Growing beyond frustrated. Ordered my daughter's varsity coat going on 12 weeks ago. The expectation was at least 8 weeks. With the extended 4 weeks and still no coat, the owners have become defensive, lacked responsibility and made no attempt to fix it. I can only think with this type of delay is that my order was never placed and they are trying to expedite it over taking responsibility. Every interaction with the owner is based on my initiative and even though they promise a call back- I have yet to ever receive one. When I visit the store, this is equally frustrating. The store is often closed, or are focused on babysitting to assist. If I could give a zero, I would. Dianna and Otis will disappoint.
