I have taken two shipments to this terminal in the last month. I can't say enough good things about this company. First, all the paperwork and payments are taken care of beforehand and I get labels pre-printed for the boxes. Today, when I arrived, Santos greeted me like a greeter in Best-Buy or Walmart. Then he proceeded to wrap my three cartons together on a pallet for ease of handling and to keep them all together. I'm just a casual shipper but I'll keep coming back here whenever the need arises. Thanks, Santos!

YRC tracking said it would be here Wednesday, so I planned to be home. On Wednesday YRC changed the delivery to Thursday, so I called and scheduled a firm time between 10 am and 2 pm. At 2:45 pm YRC called to say they couldn't get it on a truck for Thursday, so it would be delivered between 11 am and 3 pm Friday. The bottom line is that YRC is not dependable.
