I had a 8000 sq ft space to empty. They sent a large roll-off and we cleared 80% of the space within a couple of hours. They offered to leave the roll-off, but with the driver's help we were able to fill it up right there and then. They took everything that had a piece of metal in it -- file cabinets, chairs, computers, racks, office furniture, tables, phones, etc. It would have cost me thousands to get a crew in there to cart everything away. Not only did they send a truck and help out with the labor for free, they cut me a check for the scrap.
